Each lead moves through four stages: New, Contacted, Qualified and Closed. Status is updated by your sales team with one click. Filter by project, status or source to see your current pipeline at any moment. The lead message is preserved in full — including Russian-language enquiries from international buyers.

Convert leads to buyers

When a lead qualifies and chooses a unit, convert them to a Buyer with one action. Their contact details, source and history move to the Buyers CRM automatically. The unit is linked, the payment schedule is created and the Buyer Portal is activated — all without re-entering data.

Yes. Bazaraki and Spitogatos enquiries can be logged as leads with source attribution. XML feed export to both portals is available from the Apartment Sales module.

Can multiple team members manage leads simultaneously?+

Yes. Leads are shared across your team with role-based access. Each team member can be assigned leads for follow-up.

Is there a limit on the number of leads per project?+
