SELL

Your brokers get a live portal. Not a PDF.

Most Cyprus developers manage their broker network with a WhatsApp group and a PDF price list. When a unit sells, the PDF is outdated in minutes — and the next broker to check it may reserve an already-sold unit. Tektor gives every broker agency their own live portal: real-time floor plan, commission calculator and one-click reservation.

Live inventory by property type

Each broker agency sees your full project portfolio filtered by property type — Apartments, Villas, Commercial Real Estate. The floor plan chess board shows live unit availability: sold, reserved and available, updated the moment any status changes across any portal. What the broker sees is always accurate.

Unit detail with commission in euros — calculated automatically

When a broker opens a unit, they see the floor, type, size, price, availability status and — crucially — their commission in euros calculated automatically at the agreed rate. 'Your commission: €9,250 (5%)' appears on the unit card. No verbal agreements. No commission disputes after the fact.

One-click reservation and client contact

An available unit can be reserved for a client with a single tap. The reservation is logged instantly — the unit turns orange on every portal simultaneously. Brokers can also contact the developer directly from the unit view. The entire transaction is recorded and attributable.

Frequently asked questions

How many broker agencies can I connect to one project?+

There is no limit. Most Cyprus developers connect between 5 and 20 agencies per project. Each agency has its own portal access.

Can I give different agencies access to different unit blocks?+

Yes. Access permissions can be configured per agency — including which projects, blocks or unit types they can see and reserve.

How does the commission rate get set?+

Commission rates are configured per agency by the developer. Each agency sees their own rate — other agencies' rates are not visible.

What happens when a reservation expires?+

Reservations include a 24-hour countdown. If no deposit confirmation is received, the unit returns to available status automatically across all portals.

How is this different from Qobrix?+

Qobrix is designed for agency-side listing management. The Tektor Agent Portal is developer-facing — it gives your broker network live access to your inventory, not a separate listing system. See the full comparison: Tektor vs Traditional CRMs →
