For the purposes described in Section 2, Tektor acts as the data controller in relation to the personal data of our clients and website visitors. When clients enter third-party or customer data into the Platform, Tektor acts as the data processor operating under their instructions. We do not have a direct relationship with the individuals whose data our clients manage through the Platform.

Following cancellation of your Tektor account, we will delete your personal data and associated Customer Data within 120 days, unless we are required by law to retain it for a longer period. We share personal data only where necessary and with appropriate safeguards in place. Recipients may include:
