After a buyer signs a contract, they have one question that repeats itself every few weeks: how is my apartment coming along? In a typical Cyprus development, that question goes to the sales manager via WhatsApp, who asks the site manager, who replies two days later. Tektor's Buyer Portal gives every buyer real-time answers — without involving your team.

Each buyer logs into a branded portal showing their unit: floor, size, price, listing description and interior photos. Below their unit details, a construction progress bar shows the current phase and percentage complete. Buyers see exactly where their apartment is in the build cycle — without calling your office.

The Finances tab shows the buyer's complete payment schedule: every milestone, amount, due date and current status — paid, pending or overdue. Service charges for completed units appear below, with quarterly billing dates and payment status. Overdue charges are flagged in amber.

Buyers access their personal documents and building-level documents (insurance, energy certificates, pool safety certificates) in one tab. Developer announcements appear in Notices. A Support tab lets buyers report maintenance issues with photos directly. A Contact tab connects them to the project manager by email, phone or WhatsApp.

The Buyer Portal is fully multilingual. Buyers switch between English, Greek and Russian using the language toggle in the top right corner. For Russian-speaking buyers from Ukraine, Russia and other CIS countries purchasing in Cyprus — this is the difference between a confusing experience and a professional one.
