Announcements are designed for group communication by project. For individual resident communication, use the contact details in the Buyers CRM or the Buyer Portal's Contact tab.
Do residents receive notifications when an announcement is published?+
Announcements appear in the Buyer Portal's Notices tab. Email notification to residents on new announcements is on the roadmap.
Can I schedule announcements in advance?+
Scheduled publishing is on the roadmap. Currently, announcements publish immediately on the Publish action.
Is there a limit on the number of announcements?+
No limit.
