How many construction phases can I track?+
Unlimited. Most Cyprus developers configure 8-12 phases per project. Common phases include Site Preparation, Foundation & Basement, Structural Frame, Roof & Waterproofing, MEP, Façade, Interior Finishing and Handover & Inspections.
Can subcontractors update their own phase progress?+
Phase updates are currently managed by your project manager in Tektor. Subcontractor-facing access is on the roadmap.
Does the Gantt link to the budget?+
Yes. Each phase carries its planned budget, and actual spend is tracked against it. The Budget Control module shows planned vs actual across all phases automatically.
Can I use Tektor for construction management without the sales module?+
Yes. BUILD and SELL modules work independently, though most developers use both to keep construction and sales synchronized.
