Expand any permit to see its complete status history: when it was drafted, when it was submitted via the Ippodamos portal, when it was assigned to a district officer, and every status change since. Required actions — such as additional documentation or fire safety updates — are flagged with the date they were requested.

Each permit is associated with a construction phase. When an Excavation Permit is still Under Review but your Foundation phase is scheduled to begin, Tektor surfaces the conflict — so you're not caught by a delay you should have seen coming.
