BUILD

Every Ippodamos permit. Every district. Under control.

The Ippodamos system is the digital portal for building permit applications in Cyprus, managed across five EOA (Επαρχιακές Οικοδομικές Αρχές) district offices — Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca and Famagusta. Tektor connects to your permit workflow so that every application, deadline and required action is visible in one dashboard — not buried in email threads or forgotten in a municipality queue.

Permit timeline across all active applications

Every permit you've submitted — Building Permit, Excavation Permit, MEP Installation, Fire Safety and others — appears on a visual timeline. The status of each is colour-coded: Approved (green), Under Review (yellow), Additional Info Required (red), Draft (grey). A TODAY marker shows where each permit stands against its expected approval window.

Full status history per permit

Expand any permit to see its complete status history: when it was drafted, when it was submitted via the Ippodamos portal, when it was assigned to a district officer, and every status change since. Required actions — such as additional documentation or fire safety updates — are flagged with the date they were requested.

Permit tracking linked to your construction schedule

Each permit is associated with a construction phase. When an Excavation Permit is still Under Review but your Foundation phase is scheduled to begin, Tektor surfaces the conflict — so you're not caught by a delay you should have seen coming.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Ippodamos system?+

Ippodamos is the official digital platform used by local authorities in Cyprus to manage building permit applications. It is operated by the five EOA district offices (Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca and Famagusta). All new construction projects in Cyprus must submit permits through Ippodamos.

Which EOA districts does Tektor support?+

All five: Nicosia (Lefkosia), Limassol (Lemesos), Paphos (Pafos), Larnaca (Larnaka) and Famagusta (Ammochostos).

Does Tektor integrate directly with the Ippodamos portal?+

Tektor tracks permit status within its own dashboard. Your team logs status updates as they receive them from the district office. Direct API integration with the Ippodamos portal is on the roadmap.

Can I track permits for multiple projects simultaneously?+

Yes. Switch between projects using the dropdown. Each project maintains its own permit list and timeline.

What happens when a permit requires additional information?+

The permit is flagged in red with the "Additional Info Required" status. You can log the required action, set a reminder date, and track when it was resolved — all within the permit detail view.
