Tektor is built for residential developers in Cyprus: the construction schedule and budget, the buyers who pay in stages as the building goes up, the permits, the paperwork per unit, and the building after handover — in one system instead of spreadsheets and WhatsApp.
From €199/month · Buyer portal in English, Greek, Russian
From the first phase on site to service charges after the keys are handed over.
A construction schedule with phases, dependencies and planned vs actual dates, and dated revisions when the plan changes. Budget vs actual by cost code, subcontractor contracts and stage certifications, and dated photo reports from site.
Each sale gets its own payment plan: stages as a share of the price, due on a date or linked to a construction phase, with the VAT rate set per stage. Stage-based invoicing: invoices are tied to construction milestones, and the buyer's card flags a stage that is due without an invoice and an invoice that is overdue. See apartment sales and invoices.
A permit register per project with the authority, the permit number, the planned and actual dates, the documents and a status history — Draft, Submitted, Under review, Additional info required, Approved. Tektor does not connect to the government Ippodamos system: your team updates the statuses, and everyone sees the current one. More in the Ippodamos guide.
Tektor keeps each unit's documents and obligations in one place — the contract of sale and its paperwork sit with the unit and its buyer. Stamp duty was abolished for contracts signed from 1 January 2026 (Law 239(I)/2025); legacy contracts remain subject to transitional rules. Tektor does not calculate stamp duty, does not track Land Registry deadlines and files nothing with the Department of Lands and Surveys. Cyprus law requires the sale contract to be deposited with the Land Registry within 6 months of signing (Law 81(I)/2011); later deposit is possible only by court order. In Tektor, teams set this deadline as a dated task with an owner — the product does not track statutory deadlines itself.
Service charges issued per unit with payment status, maintenance requests from report to resolution, building announcements, and a buyer portal in English, Greek and Russian where owners see their unit, payments and documents.
BuildDesk (builddesk.app) is another product built for Cyprus developers and contractors. What each one covers, side by side.
BuildDesk capabilities as published on builddesk.app, checked 13 October 2026. Packs and add-ons are priced separately there; BuildDesk describes its prices as indicative.
¹ Stamp duty abolished from 2026: it no longer applies to contracts signed from 1 January 2026 (Law 239(I)/2025); contracts signed earlier remain subject to transitional rules.
It depends on what you need to manage. Global tools such as Procore are built for large general contractors and focus on the construction side. Tektor is built for residential developers in Cyprus who also sell the units: it covers construction phases and budgets, buyer payment plans, permit statuses, unit documents and post-handover service charges in one system, from €199 per month.

Both are built for the Cyprus market. BuildDesk sells a core platform plus one focus, with module packs added separately, and has dedicated stamp duty, Land Registry and health-and-safety tools. Tektor includes construction, sales and post-handover modules in every plan, with phase-linked payment plans, a broker portal and a buyer portal in English, Greek and Russian. The table on this page lists both side by side.
